All requests must be submitted by midnight on June 30th, 2012.
We will ask the companies that we deem most promising to visit our offices during July 16th – 20th.
We will decide the companies we will invite by August 31st.
If we select your company, your entire group is expected to move to Miami between September 3rd and December 14th.
All companies are expected to work out of the Incubate Miami Offices for a majority of the time they spend developing their businesses.
Incubate Miami has a partnership with the South Florida Startup Fund to provide funding in coordination with the operations of the program. Funding shall include operations, office space, internet access, materials for the program and staffing associated with the program. In return for the investment in your company South Florida Startup fund will receive an interest in your company in the amount of 4-8%.
